BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 2 Extend (BBCSEX) is the latest addition to the critically acclaimed high definition 2D fighting series from the creators of Guilty Gear, Arc System Works. BlazBlue is well known for its deep story, unique characters, attractive world setting, impressive animations, outstanding graphics and its speedy stylish fighting. Beautiful hand-drawn 2D character graphics are combined with detailed 3D model stages to give users an impressive and unique fighting game experience.
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 2 Extend will be the first portable high-resolution 2D fighter available. It will be in 960 x 544 resolution. That is 4 times the resolution of the PSP. With PS VITA’s high processing power, it will also have impressive special effects that use lots of particles. The astonishing graphics and high speed battles will be unrivalled by any other fighting game.
BlazBlue has broken out of the conventional 2D fighter screen ratio of 4:3. BlazBlue uses a 16:9 screen ratio giving players wider stages to play in. This adds to BlazBlue’s speedy fighting experience and allows players to run in and out of their opponent’s range. Players will be able to use attacks with ranges longer than ever before and blast enemies further away than usually possible.
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend has been created so that it is easily accessible by novice players. Each character has a drive button (x button) that activates character specific special abilities. For example, Jin is capable of freezing his opponent whilst Ragna can steal his opponent’s life. As a result, unlike other fighters, novice players will be able to stash out impressive looking attacks as soon as they pick up the game. Experienced players will be able to take this to a further level by combining these drive attacks with other special moves to create impressive combos.
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend will also introduce evasive manoeuvres and break falls. This will give players the opportunity to escape their opponent’s combos and even retaliate. Conventional fighters simply make use of invincibility to reset the situation but BlazBlue aims to give player’s more control.

Fiel al estilo BlazBlue
Juego con voces y texto en inglés,japonés, chino y coreano, y la mejor opción de compra por importación en Europa. Si te gustan los juegos de lucha al estilo oriental (2D, combos aéreos, cancels, jugar con el timming...) este es tu juego. Es cierto que ha tenido más de un par de juegos en su lanzamiento, pero BlazBlue destaca en PS Vita por ser 100% fiel a lo visto en las consolas de sobremesa (no deja de ser un port). Recomendado sobre todo a los fans de los juegos de lucha, quizás echen de menos el stick arcade, pero continúa valiendo la pena.

Título de lucha fortísimo para el catálogo de salida de PS Vita. Cualquier aficionado a los juegos de lucha sabrá que la saga Blazblue tiene un sistema de combos, contras, cancels, etc... muy profundo, con gran variedad y diversidad de opciones a nuestro alcance. Ese sistema se mantiene en esta versión portátil al tiempo que se vuelve más asequible para aquellos usuarios que empiezan a aprender con este juego. Esto se hace evidente desde el primer momento, al ser el primer juego de lucha en incluir un completo tutorial para que el jugador aprenda desde los conceptos más básicos hasta las combinaciones más letales disponibles. A nivel de juego, Blazblue es espectacular. Luce a las mil maravillas en la pantalla de la VITA mostrando unos personajes y unos escenarios inconcebibles para una portátil. Además, incluye todos los personajes de sus anteriores itinerantes, añadiendo un nuevo fichaje al plantel, Relius Clover. Así el total de luchadores asciende hasta los 19 personajes diferentes. Su sonido también es impactante, lleno de efectos y melodías que amenizan completamente las partidas. Sus 6 modos de juego y el online aseguran una longevidad muy elevada a un título sobresaliente en todos los aspectos.
