What do you do when you're hit by a "quarter-life crisis"?
At first fancying himself an "enigmatic poet", twentysomething Art gradually realises that he must take action if he's going to escape his life as a struggling musician. The answer comes within the pages of a self-help book entitled "It's Not Your Fault". Not content to just draw inspiration from its pages, Art invites the elderly author of the book to live with him and his parents, sparking off a painfully funny journey into dysfunction but towards fulfilment.
Starring Robert Pattinson (Twilight, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) as neurotic musician Art, How To Be is a timely take on extended adolescence, frustrated creativity and the self-help phenomenon. This wry relationship comedy is directed by Oliver Irving from his own screenplay with contributions from Johnny White and Joe Hastings.

- Audio Commentary
